This registration is for team captains to register their teams

GRAND PRIZE: $10,000

WHEN: Tuesdays and Thursdays from April 2nd - May 18th

WHERE: Aptive Environmental 5132 N 300 W #150, Provo, UT 84604

FORMAT: Two 18 minute halves

ROSTERS: Each team must have at least 8 players on their roster. Free Agents will be placed on teams that have 7 or less players to meet the required number of 8 players.
